By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Description of Service
itgirl is a personal self-care and lifestyle application that provides features including but not limited to:
- Daily journaling with photo attachments
- Habit tracking and management
- Task and to-do list management
- Photo memory albums with goal tracking
- Daily inspirational quotes
- Customizable themes and personalization options
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may use the App with anonymous authentication or sign in using your Google or Apple account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, photos, habits, and tasks ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
4.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload or create content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4.3 Content Backup
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we recommend maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not responsible for any loss of User Content.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Premium Features
The App may offer premium features through subscription plans. Free users have access to basic features with certain limitations (e.g., photo upload limits). Premium subscribers receive enhanced features and higher limits.
5.2 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Apple App Store)
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and the new price will apply to your next renewal period.
5.4 Refunds
Subscription purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by BBapps and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our prior written consent.
6.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
- Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits.
- Share your account with others or transfer your account.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 No Health Advice
The App is intended for personal organization and self-reflection purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
10.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBapps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BBapps is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BBapps regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
